An introduction to tennis for our youngest players. Hand-eye coordination, basic movements, fun & games are used to build skills. Low compression balls and smaller courts help children to achieve early success.

This program is designed for the 12-18 year old player who is playing high school tennis. This is an intense program reserved for players who want to compete at a high level. On-court drills will include point play, live ball drills, fitness and mental toughness training. Fitness training including regular cardio, proper stretching and strength training will also be covered.
